Wrong Direction
I set off on my 6 miles knowing that it was going to be a difficult one. I started Bikram Yoga on Tuesday and muscles that hadn't been used in years were sore. It amazed me that with all the running I am doing that my butt still had muscles in it that weren't being used. I headed off to the Bosques de Palermo and saw a couple girls that ran with their hair down. And I'm not talking about short hair; they both had it halfway down their backs. I think I would run and find scissors if I tried that. While on my first lap I decided to spice things up and go the opposite way around for the second. You wouldn't think that such a minor change would make a difference, but it did. I felt like I was lost and have decided that it was a one and only time thing. No need for mental confusion while trying to focus.
